Directions to the OJAC:
From Abilene:
Albany is just a 30 minute drive northeast of Abilene. Simply take State Highway 351 north(east) out of Abilene, and follow it for about 20 miles. Then take the ramp onto US-180 East. Follow this road for about 10 miles, all the way into Albany until you come to the stoplight. Turn right at the light. The Old Jail will be two blocks down, directly on your right.
From Dallas/Fort Worth:
Albany is a three hour drive from Dallas, and a two and a half hour drive from Forth Worth. From either city take I-30 West until it merges into I-20. Continue on I-20 for about 85 miles to the Cisco exit. Take exit #332/Cisco (US-183)/Brownwood/Albany and turn right off the ramp onto US-183. Continue through Cisco on US-183 and then follow TX-6 north for about thirty miles. This will bring you to Albany. The Old Jail will be to the left, on the corner of South Second St. and South Walnut St.
From Wichita Falls:
Albany is located two hours south of Wichita Falls.Take US-227 South/US-82 West out of the city and continue about 50 miles into Seymour. From there, follow US-183/283 directly south. Past Throckmorton US-183 will split off. Continue following US-283 all the way into Albany until you come to the stoplight. Turn left at the light. The Old Jail will be two blocks down, directly on your right.
