Create your own one-of-a-kind puppet with Dallas artists Peeler-Rose. Students must attend both days. Snacks will be provided.
Cultural Connections
August 9th
10 a.m. – 3 p.m. (Bring a lunch)

This class will focus on the music, food, and art of the Netherlands!
Magnetic Sculpture
August 11th
10 a.m. – 3 p.m. (bring a lunch)
Grades 3 - 7

This class will be working with steel and magnets to create kinetic (moveable) artworks. They will work with local artist, Joe Barrington, and get to see how he creates his welded steel sculptures. This class is sponsored in part by the Texas Commission on the Arts.

Grades K – 6
FREE!
Designed just for the kids of area teachers. This will be three days full of all kinds of art activities, games, and fun. Students will get special tours and have lots of artwork to take home. Pre-registration required!
